Why meeting in person can be different
Online sessions work, and for many people they are enough. But some subjects are easier when you leave the house, sit in a room other than the one you think about them in every day, and leave them there for an hour. If you live locally, that is available without travelling.
What to expect at the first session
The first meeting is 50 minutes and commits you to nothing further. You say what brings you, I listen and ask, and at the end I tell you plainly whether and how I can help. If you need a different kind of help than I offer, you will hear that at this session, not after five.
